Offer valid for a one-time, one car group upgrade on an intermediate through a full-size four door car.  Maximum upgrade to a premium.  Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other coupons, promotions or special offers.  A 24 hour advance reservation with request for an upgrade is required.   Taxes, concession recovery fees, vehicle license recovery fee, customer facility charges may apply and are extra. Optional products such as LDW and refueling are extra.  Renter must meet Budget age, driver and credit requirements. An additional daily surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years old. Coupon valid at participating Budget Rent a Car of Utah locations. Rental must begin by December 15, 2010.
